Hunger Relief Project @ Rifle Range on 18/7/2024

18/7/2024 - Hunger Relief Project @ Rifle Range

13 years ago, LCGTM launched its 'Hunger Relief' project, jointly with the Kechara Soup Kitchen which has since become the club's signature initiative. Four years ago LCGTM carried out the projects on its own. Over the years, the project has served thousands of homeless individuals and elderly needy residents in the urban area.

This fiscal year 2024-2025, the project continued at Rifle Range Flat, where the club distributed food boxes, bread, and drinks to more than 70 needy people. The generosity of LCGTM is often noticed and appreciated by these underprivileged families, who in turn help spread awareness of the club's Lionism within the community.

In addition to distributing food, LCGTM also encourages the recipients to participate in warming-up activities and line dancing, fostering a sense of community and care. Every month, the club members come together to share and care for those in need. GT Mutiara Roar!
