LC George Town Mutiara participated in a collaborative Legacy Project alongside Sister Lions from LC Medan Raya, LC Petaling Jaya Metro, LC Kota Budaya, and LC Singapore Fort Canning. The project is a construction of a deep well that supplies fresh water to over a thousand residents in the vicinity of the Hiap Thien Keng Temple in Medan, who otherwise lack sufficient access to water facilities.

The third project focused on providing food packages to 50 families associated with the Port Belawan Police, who are responsible for maintaining security at the Belawan port and enforcing criminal and traffic laws.
